Conversion Courses
Conversion courses are designed for students who have already completed the beginner course and existing Nail Technicians wanting to branch out into something new or simply refresh their skills.
UV Gel
- Cost - £100.00 with Certificate

- You will learn – UV gel application in clear, French & coloured on tips and on natural nails, infills / maintenance
Acrylic (L&P)
- Cost - £100.00 with Certificate

- You will learn – Acrylic (L&P) application in clear and French on tips and on natural nails, infills / maintenance

Beginners – Acrylic or UV Gel
4 days training, plus a half day for assessment.
Cost - £500.00 plus appropriate kit of products
A non returnable deposit of £100 is payable to secure a place.
Very small classes - training is often one to one.
You will learn the following: Preparation of natural nails, nail extensions (tip application), UV gel or Acrylic application in clear and Permanent French on tips and on natural nails, maintenance of nail enhancements, permanent coloured gel application (on gel course only) nail anatomy, health and safety, salon hygiene, nail diseases and disorders.
As training is usually on a one to one basis classes are totally flexible and may be booked according to individual needs. Unlimited telephone support is also available for the duration of the course.
You will be offered the option to loan a Nail Trainer hand free of charge* for home practice. This is highly recommended and can speed your progress enormously

A diploma will be given upon completion of the above course, which will be required in order to obtain insurance. A qualified nail technician (mobile, working from home and/or freelance in a salon) can be insured to work on members of the public for around £40 per year. |

Information for all courses
- A comprehensive training manual will be issued
- Students are required to provide models.
- Training days run from 9.30am - 3.30pm with a short lunch break
- Half day training sessions are three hours long, either a morning or afternoon.
- Diplomas are only issued to competent students that pass the practical assessment.
Student Kit Prices
- Beginner Gel Kits: £86
plus a choice of UV lamp: £40 or £95

Please note that Gel and Acrylic kits are compulsory only for the beginner courses, other kits are optional.
Support Sessions
Support sessions may booked according to individual requirements in order to consolidate existing skills or learn new ones.
For example you may wish to learn a new technique such as sculpting, or nail art, or perfect one specific area of your existing skills ie. Permanent french acrylic, coloured gel, french manicure polishing, or infills.
These sessions can be booked by the hour, with or without models.
Cost: £20 per hour
